Chapter 1090: Naha Shinkyo-ji Temple (那覇真教寺)

No matter where I go in Japan, it’s always interesting to find a shrine or a temple. This was the Naha Shinkyo-ji Temple (那覇真教寺) which was located very close to the hotel I was staying at. Naha West Inn. Out of nowhere, in the middle of a residential area, the bell stands across the road. It’s quite common for people to confuse temples with shrines. Temple (寺)= Buddhism and Shrine (神社) = Shinto.
