Early in the morning I saw people shoving snow to make the path easier to walk. So you can see the pathway was not slippery, neatly tidied and extremely clean. That’s just one thing I just love about Japan!! Some places just don’t seem real, almost like a picture-book.

  1. That is beautiful. I remember when I was travelling around Japan I really enjoyed walking around in the early morning because there were always people sweeping leaves or tidying up and just making everything look really inviting. There’s a real effort and care put into keeping spaces looking nice.
