That’s how you do it in Japan! I was intrigued by how they decorate their windows with colourful wax food, you’d see anything from sushi to many bowls of noodles, cakes and cookies, sandwiches and full on gourmet meals. I was surprised by how realistic the displays appeared, and wondered who came up with this brilliant idea? It’s visually pleasing to the eyes and makes me hungry. . .
